Kalpana Anokha is a Counselling Psychologist with an M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology and over 2.5+ years of experience in mental health support and client-focused psychological services.
She has expanded her professional expertise through certifications and specialized training in Human Behaviour, Developmental Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Basic Psychological Therapies, and Counselling Skills. Her continuing professional development also includes NIMHANS e-Learning Hub training in Suicide Prevention: A Gatekeeper Training Approach and Psychosocial Counselling Skills in Addiction Recovery. Her practical experience includes internships at Manastha Health Solutions Private Limited and The Earth Saviors Foundation, Gurugram, along with a year of experience working as a Support Therapist at a Mental Wellness Centre in Gurugram.
Through her clinical and community-based exposure, Kalpana has developed a strong understanding of working with individuals experiencing emotional and behavioural concerns. Her skills include counselling, psychological first aid, active and reflective listening, mindfulness and relaxation techniques, habit formation and behavioural change, and assisting with psychological assessments.
